These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

1. Sale Medical accept the following payment options:
Payment International Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer (T/T).
2. All Bank Charges including any Intermediary Bank Charges are to be paid by the customer.
Ask your bank to transfer funds via SWIFT. Make sure all Bank Details are correctly written in your T.T. slip.
Write clearly “Invoice No” in the T.T. Message areas. Failure to so may result in delays.

Net-Banking (Electronic Funds Transfer, NEFT/RTGS)
* You can also pay by net banking if you have an online banking account with any nationalized bank which gives you facility to transfer the funds to our bank accounts. You can use the details below to use internet banking.
* Please send us the transaction id and all other details of your transaction and bank account. You can simply send a screenshot of your final transaction page. NEFT generally takes 1 working day for transfer depending on your bank, NEFT transfers made before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day.

Purchasing from us
1.By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors).
2.We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
3.We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
4.All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price
For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.
We aim to dispatch goods to you within 10 – 14 working days (Europe), 8 – 10 working days (North America & Latin America), 6 – 8 working days ( Asia & Africa) 4 – 6 working days (Oceania). But we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this.
Damaged or defective goods
1.We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.
2.You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you.
3.If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at your option repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
Should your product develop a fault whilst still under warranty, we shall sort it for you.
Please contact us before returning warranty items as some can be sent to the manufacturer direct to speed up turnaround times.
However the postage costs to return the product to us will be at your expense.
Item Lost in The Post
1.We send out hundreds of orders a week and it is very rare than couriers loose the parcel. However from time to time unfortunately this does happen. As a rule parcels are not considered lost until after 14 working days.
2.We are not able to process a claim for the parcel until 14 working days have passed from the time of us sending the goods. Once the 14 days have passed we will then process a claim as quickly as possible, however please note the claims process can take several weeks.
3.We do not wait for the compensation to come to us before we refund you or resend the goods but we do have to wait for confirmation that the claim has been accepted.
4.Please understand that in this situation it is not us that have lost the goods and it is frustrating for us also.
